SMS / Text Messaging Terms

01.Program Description

When enabled, the Grenbee text message program sends service-related (transactional) messages to customers — for example, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, rescheduling notices, and account or payment alerts. These messages help you manage your bookings.

02.Consent to Receive Messages

• •By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (for example, by checking a consent box or texting a keyword), you agree that Grenbee may send you recurring automated text messages at the number provided.
• •Consent to receive marketing or promotional texts, if offered, is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• •You confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the mobile number you provide.

03.How Customers Opt In

• •During online checkout, customers can optionally check a text-message consent box after entering their mobile number and before confirming payment.
• •The checkbox explains that Grenbee may send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates by SMS; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; customers can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; and consent is not required to purchase.
• •When the checkbox is selected, Grenbee stores the consent text, timestamp, source, and SMS Terms URL with the booking. Grenbee does not send service SMS messages for bookings where the customer did not opt in.

04.Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity, such as the number and timing of your bookings. You may receive messages around the time you book, before scheduled appointments, and when there are updates to your service.

05.Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Grenbee does not charge you for the messages themselves, but your carrier's standard rates will apply. Grenbee is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.

06.How to Opt Out

• •You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• •After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program.
• •Opting out of text messages does not stop transactional emails that are necessary to manage your bookings, and does not cancel your bookings or account.

08.Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed. The program is intended for use on major U.S. wireless carriers.

09.Changing or Deactivating Your Number

If you change or deactivate the mobile number associated with your account, you agree to update your information promptly so that messages are not sent to a reassigned number. You can update your number in My Account or by contacting support.

10.Privacy

Information obtained as part of the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Carriers and our messaging provider process messages solely to deliver them.
