Plan policies

Is there a minimum commitment?

Essential and Complete plans require a 2-month minimum. Premium requires 3 months. After the minimum period, you can cancel with 7 days' notice before your next billing date.

Is there a First Clean fee?

If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned recently, a one-time First Clean fee may apply to bring it to a consistent baseline. Regular membership pricing begins after the first visit.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes — members can pause up to 4 weeks per year with at least 7 days' notice. Billing resumes automatically when the pause ends.

How does the free pressure washing work?

Premium members receive one complimentary standard pressure washing per calendar year (up to 1,500 sq ft). Scheduling is subject to availability and must be used within the membership year.

Do I get the same team every time?

We assign the same team as consistently as possible. This cannot be guaranteed after pauses, schedule changes, or staff availability shifts.
