Is there a minimum commitment?
Calculated recurring plans use the commitment shown at checkout. After the minimum period, you can cancel with advance notice before your next billing date.
Can the minimum service price apply?
Yes. Each quote is checked against the service minimum and the margin floor. If a discount is limited by the floor, the quote shows that clearly.
Can I pause my plan?
Yes — eligible plans can be paused with advance notice. Billing resumes automatically when the pause ends.
Can pressure washing be added to a recurring plan?
Pressure washing is quoted separately as a one-time service because surface size, dirt level, setup, and treatment needs vary by visit.
Do I get the same team every time?
We assign the same team as consistently as possible. This cannot be guaranteed after pauses, schedule changes, or staff availability shifts.
