• •Device and usage data: browser type, device, IP address, pages visited, and interactions, collected via analytics.
• •Optional details: pet information, lockbox or gate codes, and special notes you choose to share for a booking.

02.How We Use Your Information

• •To fulfill, schedule, assign, and manage your service bookings.
• •To communicate confirmations, reminders, receipts, and service updates by email and, if enabled and you opt in, by text message.
• •To process payments securely through Stripe.
• •To understand aggregate usage and improve our platform, features, and service quality.
• •To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• •To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

03.Analytics and Cookies

• •We use strictly necessary cookies and tokens to keep you signed in and to process payments securely.
• •We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Platform in aggregate (for example, which pages are visited). Google Analytics may set cookies and collect device and usage data subject to Google's policies.
• •We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral retargeting cookies (such as ad-network pixels).

04.Text Messaging Data

If you provide a mobile number and SMS messaging is enabled, we use it to send service-related texts. We do not sell or share mobile contact information with third parties for their own marketing. 05.How We Share Information

• •Service Providers (technicians): we share only the information needed to perform your booking, such as service address, access notes, and contact details.
• •Processors we rely on: Stripe (payments), Firebase/Google (authentication, database, and analytics), and our hosting provider.
• •Legal and safety: we may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Grenbee, customers, or others.
• •Business transfers: if Grenbee is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• •We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

06.Data Retention

We retain account and booking records for as long as your account is active and thereafter for up to 7 years to meet financial, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your account; records we are required by law to keep will be retained in a limited or de-identified form.

07.Your Privacy Choices

• •Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• •Correction: update inaccurate or incomplete profile information at any time in My Account.
• •Deletion: request account deletion — we process verified requests within a reasonable time, typically up to 30 days.
• •Portability: request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• •Communications: unsubscribe from marketing emails via the unsubscribe link, and opt out of texts by replying STOP.

08.Your State Privacy Rights (U.S.)

• •Depending on your state of residence (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA, Utah under the UCPA, and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the 'sale' or 'sharing' of personal information.
• •Grenbee does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under these laws.
• •We do not use your personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
• •We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
• •To exercise a right, contact privacy@grenbee.com. We will verify your request and may ask for information to confirm your identity. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.

09.Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@grenbee.com and we will delete it.

10.Security

We transmit data over HTTPS and rely on infrastructure that applies encryption in transit and at rest. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified), and Grenbee never stores full card data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.

11.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations evolve. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and material changes will be communicated where required by law.
