• •Authentication cookies (Firebase): When you sign in, Firebase sets an IndexedDB-based session token to keep you logged in. This token is strictly necessary for the service to function and expires when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
• •Language preference cookie: A small cookie stores your preferred language (English or Spanish) so you don't have to re-select it on each visit.
• •Session security tokens (Stripe): When you proceed to checkout, Stripe sets cookies necessary to detect fraud and process your payment securely. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• •No advertising or marketing cookies: Grenbee does not use Google Ads cookies, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

03.Strictly Necessary Cookies

The authentication and payment-security cookies listed above are strictly necessary for the core functions of the platform — you cannot book a service or manage your account without them. Because they are essential, they do not require your consent under most privacy frameworks. However, you can always sign out to clear your session token.

04.Third-Party Services

• •Firebase (Google LLC): Handles user authentication and real-time data. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• •Stripe, Inc.: Processes payments securely. Stripe may set cookies to detect fraud and comply with PCI DSS requirements. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• •Vercel, Inc.: Serves our web application. May set analytics or edge-caching cookies at the infrastructure level.
• •Grenbee does not integrate third-party analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) that would place additional cookies.

05.Managing Cookies

• •Browser settings: All major browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing bookings.
• •Sign out: Signing out of your account clears your authentication session token.
• •Opt-out: Because we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, there is no advertising opt-out applicable to our platform.

If we begin using additional cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by applicable law, seek your consent before setting new non-essential cookies. Check this page periodically for updates.
