01.What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as whether you are logged in — across page loads and sessions. Cookies do not contain executable code and cannot access other data on your device.

02.Cookies We Use

• •Authentication cookies (Firebase): When you sign in, Firebase sets an IndexedDB-based session token to keep you logged in. This is strictly necessary for the service to function and expires when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
• •Session security tokens (Stripe): When you proceed to checkout, Stripe sets cookies necessary to detect fraud and process your payment securely. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• •Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These cookies collect device and usage data subject to Google's policies and are not used for advertising.
• •Conversion measurement cookies (Google Ads): If you arrive from one of our Google ads and complete a booking, Google Ads may set cookies that let us measure that the booking came from an ad. We use these only to measure ad performance (conversions) — not for behavioral retargeting or remarketing. We do not use the Meta/Facebook Pixel or any other behavioral advertising cookies.

03.Strictly Necessary Cookies

The authentication and payment-security cookies above are strictly necessary for the core functions of the platform — you cannot book a service or manage your account without them. Because they are essential, they do not require your consent under most privacy frameworks. The Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion cookies are not strictly necessary; you can block them through your browser settings without affecting your ability to book.

04.Third-Party Services

• •Firebase (Google LLC): Handles user authentication and real-time data. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• •Stripe, Inc.: Processes payments securely. Stripe may set cookies to detect fraud and comply with PCI DSS requirements. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• •Google Analytics (Google LLC): Provides aggregate usage analytics. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy; you can opt out using Google's browser add-on.
• •Google Ads (Google LLC): Measures conversions from our advertising campaigns so we can see which ads lead to bookings. Used for conversion measurement only, not retargeting. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• •Our hosting provider: Serves the web application and may set infrastructure-level cookies for security and edge caching.

05.Managing Cookies

• •Browser settings: All major browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing bookings.
• •Sign out: Signing out of your account clears your authentication session token.
• •Opt-out: We use advertising cookies only to measure ad conversions, not for retargeting. You can manage or disable them through your browser settings or Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com).

06.Changes to This Policy

If we begin using additional cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by applicable law, seek your consent before setting new non-essential cookies. Check this page periodically for updates.
